We offer fast and affordable shipping to all destinations listed below. All orders are shipped via Deutsche Post from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We will send you a tracking number to your email as soon as we ship the package. It takes one day to process an order in our store, so if you place your order today, we will take it to the post office tomorrow.

Worldwide Shipping requires a lot of coordination between people, weather conditions and machinery, so sometimes our orders can have a slight delay. If your order has not arrived on time, just contact us at support@retrovision-eyewear.com and we will tell you when to expect your order.
Please note:
Guaranteed delivery time is 7 days for Europe, 21 days for USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel and Turkey.
Due to factors that can affect international shipments, such as holidays/natural disasters/virus/war/clearance/customs delays, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates.
If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 2 working days for the tracking information to update.
WRONG ADDRESS:
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.
Addresses can be changed within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our warehouse. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@retrovision-eyewear.com

MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavor to resend a replacement order for you.
This is left to the discretion of Retrovision, however, in this specific scenario, we cannot issue a refund.

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:
99% of Retrovision orders is free of taxes, fees and duties. Customers are responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes. While this is something that happens on very rare cases , we have no control over this and cannot estimate additional fees. This happens by your local customs and we have no control on these charges.
In conclusion: only in very rare occasions do customers have to pay import duty, taxes or VAT.
In some occasions packages are delivered to local post offices. For example, if you were not at home when the courier arrived. This is something we do not control and therefore cannot prevent this issue. The solution is simple: contact the shipping company via phone, email or Facebook chat to know where it has been delivered.
