Which courier do you use to deliver parcels?
All orders are shipped via Deutsche Post from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

How long does the shipping take ?
It usually takes 2 to 5 days for Europe and 5 to 12 days for the US, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. For more information about our shipping to different countries Click here.
Do I have to pay duties/taxes/fees?
99% of Retrovision orders is free of taxes, fees and duties. Customers are responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes. While this is something that happens on very rare cases , we have no control over this and cannot estimate additional fees. This happens by your local customs and we have no control on these charges.
Do you ship during COVID-19?
Yes, we still ship during COVID-19. However some countries may have slight delays in shipping time. This is all in control of your national/local post office. Find more about our shipping time : Click Here

Track & Trace
Do I get a Track & Trace-code?
Yes, all orders receive a Track & Trace-code. After confirming your order we will automatically send a code provided by our supplier. This usually takes around 1 to 2 days.
Where do I find my Track & Trace-code?
We will send you a tracking email when your item(s) have been shipped out. In this email you can find a link with information about your package. Sometimes this email will end up in your spam folder.

The Track & Trace-code doesn't work!
It takes around 1-2 business days for any information to be available when checking your Track & Trace code, this is the reason an error might show. Please don't worry and check the code at a later time.

Tracking code says it has been delivered, but I didn't receive anything. What can I do?
In some occasions packages are delivered to local post offices. For example, if you were not at home when the courier arrived. This is something we do not control and therefore cannot prevent this issue. The solution is simple: contact the shipping company via phone, email or Facebook chat to know where it has been delivered.
